Total knee replacement

Dr. Brassard is either incompetent or a liar. replaced a knee that never worked correctly in therapy. Dr. Brassard preformed a second surgery to determine if knee parts were defective when the before and after x-rays show the the attached to the tendon of the quadriceps femoris muscle. This muscle contracts to extend/straighten the knee. The vastus intermedialis muscle is was attached to the base of patella prior to surgery but not attached after surgery. Regardless how and when this dislodged the diagnosis was obvious. The outer band to the hip was tighten a second time, for no reason, which now causes tremendous pain daily. It took 2 years of believing my mother was not trying hard enough before this discovery. Not even an apology was extended. No lawyers in the area would take this case due to her age and the Maryland court in Annapolis heavily favor doctors. An extremely active women is now disbled. The pain is too great for her to stand. An extremely angry family,
