I need a Diet to follow For High insulin at fasting I can not Pay for a Lab to give me one it was $60 to get to talk with the lab My blood work cost $39 I am eating tom&let salad and mixed veg No sugar no Fats is their some foods I can eat ? my next Appointment is Dec 2 20010
