very hateful ...very rude...will not fill out paperwork...will not return calls...i have never met anyone like this before....dont go!!!!!! he complains during ur entire visit...i cant say it enough....if ur reading this in his office....get up and run!!

Dr. Farrell's office has recently changed staff - adding a new nurse practitioner AND office manager. The nurse practioner's name is Kathyrn Kennelly and the office manager's name is Roger Tandery. It is true that change is hard to adjust to, but in this case - the change is all too obvious! We had a billing issue and the staff was unwilling to sit down with us in a professional manner. We paid $75 cash for a visit in which service was ultimately not rendered. We were told we could have a refund. The following day we were accused of "not paying". Both individuals were abrupt and belligerent - to the point that it would be described as bullying had an act like this occurred within our local schools. We have been loyal, respected patients for over a decade with this office and never once took issue with the treatment we've received. Patient retention is not a concern of theirs. The new staff was an embarrassment to the office. There are many extra, pertinent details but not enough space to expand. We are currently hiring legal representation.

Tried repeated calls to get an appointment. Staff never returned calls. Been a paitent for 2 years and never get to see the doctor, just the nurse. When I can get thru to make a call the wait is at least 2 weeks for an appointment. Poor record keeping, missed vital info from past visits.

Nurse Practitioner is very nice but not very thorough. Dr. Farrell is even less thorough.
