Dr. Shreck is a wonderful doctor, the only ophthalmologist in North Platte, but his office staff is horrible. His nurse is rude, "forgets" to refill prescriptions and actually shouted at me when she mistakenly believed my account was unpaid. The office staff will call repeatedly, leaving voice mails, contacting my family members, calling as early at 7 a.m., insisting on speaking to me personally to remind me of an appointment. Deplorable. But Dr. Shreck is a wonderful, caring doctor.
