Have you seen Dr. James Yanes?
March 29th, 2011Almost impossible to get an appointment
I liked Dr. Yanes. But it's impossible to get an appointment with him in a reasonable amount of time, and somehow it's even harder when you need a follow-up appointment. Not to mention that making an appointment means nothing. They often are cancelled. Then the staff informs you of a date, two weeks later, that he can see you, perhaps by telephone and perhaps by letter. If you can't make that appointment, the next available one is two weeks after that. What's the point of getting tests done if you can't get the results? He doesn't return phone calls (although it might be the staff doesn't give him the messages). The best doctor in the world is worthless under these kinds of conditions. Is he the best? I don't know. How can I tell. I'm still trying to get a follow-up appointment.
