Ineffective or non-existent front desk staff. Calls are ignored or no one is there to pick up. It is basically impossible to get through to make an appointment over the phone or to talk to a nurse without spending hours on hold.

understaffed front desk means 1 person serving 15 waiting patients, which equals long wait times

Jane Rosenfeld doen't like patients who ask intelligent questions -- probably because she usually doesn't know the answers. She also has a problem taking responsibility for her errors and omissions.
