Dr Jason Bailey

I went to my local ER in Kingwood. I had lost a large portion of my upper left lip from a dog bite. They called Dr. Bailey and he agreed to come to me with Alyssa, his PA. Friendly, confident, and put me at ease instantly. Upfront, he gave me some expectations and I felt confident, comfortable, and relaxed going into surgery. Post op I was in shock. My lip had been fully reattached. I’m currently experiencing numbness and I’m about to hit my 3rd week post op, which is to be expected. BUT, I already can smile and eat proper meals again. I can already tell I’ll look normal again. My follow up was great. He told me his ideas of what we could do to minimize my scarring/scar tissue and enhance and bring back my lip definition. I’m so pleased. Post op I suffered another awful accident, this time a rollover car wreck, and will be following up with him this week. This has been a traumatic ordeal. More than I could imagine. I had lost my appearance, my ability to smile, and eat properly. I’m… looking forward to working with Dr. Bailey on the progression back to normalcy. His staff is friendly and Dr. Bailey is confident, not cocky, and that puts me at ease. The unbelievably great progress I’ve seen already and his approach have given me such relief! I highly recommend him to anyone. The only suggestion I have to a future patient/client is to bring a notepad to write down post op instructions and expectations. That goes without saying. It’s your body! I’d love to post pictures of my progress! I’m extremely grateful and more than pleased. Thank you Dr. Bailey.

He has bad bedside manner and his medical treatment was subpar. I went to a second plastic surgeon who was much better.

Was referred to Dr. Bailey by my E.R. doctor for a leg wound. Dr. Bailey was excellent in his follow-up care after the initial E.R visit. Was willing to listen to any concerns I had; spent time in explaining progress of my injury during the office visits. Bedside manner was excellent, made you feel comfortable during visits. Only hiccup was hour wait time during one specific office visit, but that had more to do with scheduling timing than anything else. Would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Although I am not thrilled with the UC system of healthcare, I can say without question, Dr. Bailey is the best of the surgical department that I have experienced. He is talented, knowledgable, approachable, and kind. He did a fabulous job in spite of the challenges of my case (post weight loss patient, breast cancer, mastectomy, abdominal hernia, et al). He worked through the system with me and we developed a fine working relationship. I woulc recommend Dr. Jason Bailey to anyone requiring plastic surgery.
