As a doctor myself, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accuracy of Dr Jay Joseph. He was dismissive, failed to perform a proper evaluation, and documented examination results and procedure, including an EKG, that were not done in that office. Despite being notified, no corrections were made to the falsified record. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his overall integrity and standards. I would not return to him or refer any patient to him.

Had one appt with Dr Jay Joseph for high BP that I have had for over 10 months after several trials of meds that had severe adverse reactions. I brought recent labs, BP logs, stress test results, and other information showing risks with certain medications and side effect issues. He refused to review any of it, said the adverse reactions are not possible, then relied on an outdated 5 year old EHR record, assuming medications I no longer take or never took. When I tried to explain it was outdated, I was told I had an attitude. He ignored my history, my recent labs, and refused to investigate any other causes and did not perform a physical exam. He didn't want to order any lab work or any tests. Then the visit notes he wrote after it were on an exam he never performed and on EKG he never did but said was done at his office. This is not safe or professional care. I cannot recommend this provider.
