Dr. Jay Howard Ross, MD

DO NOT SEE DR. JAY ROSS! He is a liar, and a very angry man when he gets questioned! I found out my breast implants were recalled and caused cancer. Unfortunately I just lost my brother to cancer 6 months prior to my visit with doctor Ross. I explained what happened to my brother, and being a single mother of a minor, I was very concerned for my health. At first he was very compassionate, and patient with all my questions. He Informed me I will be reimbursed for my implants, do to them being recalled and convince me to upgrade my implant as well, which was more money. After my surgery, my friend brought me to my checkup, and I asked him when I would get my check from the reimbursement, he said 4 weeks, my friend was my witness. On my next visit when I asked again about the check he said he never told me that, and there is no such thing. Not only did he deny it, he got very loud, and NASTY with me. Telling me at least you won't die of CANCER! Knowing I just lost my brother to cancer,… I was so upset and crying, his reception who is a sweetheart, took me in the other room to comfort me. I called the Allergan company who supplies the implants, and they said that money is owed to me, the person I spoke to from allergan even tried calling her self, and was told he was unavailable, and he never call her back either. When I tried to call him again, he would not get on the phone, or return any calls! I have spoken to a couple of the girls that had went to him over the years, and they told me how nasty he got with them when questioned as well. It's been over a year, and I'm still fighting for money owed to him!

I went to Dr. Ross 8 months ago for Rhinoplasty. The swelling subsided and my nose is lumpy and crooked and he refused a revision even tho it’s states in the contract that you can have one within 12 months. It’s very upsetting. He botched my nose and I posted pictures and he had them removed. Please don’t go to him. I don’t want this happening to anyone else.

Thank you Dr. Ross for being an amazing cosmetic surgeon. My experience with you had a great outcome. Having droopy breasts, neck, back and shoulder pains for so many years the breast reduction and lift procedure with you had a brilliant phenomenal result. God Bless

There are no words to describe what an awesome surgeon Dr Jay Ross is. He's extremely informative with explaining the procedure. He takes time to answer every question or concern. I had an upper Blepharoplasty, and am beyond happy with the results. He gave me a renewed confidence about myself! I would highly recommend Dr Ross!

Dr Ross is an amazing doctor and he did an amazing job with my surgery. I am so happy with the results. He is my go to doctor for Botox as well and the facials there are great as well. Staff is very friendly. I recommend them for any procedure.

I’m a few weeks out from having breast augmentation by Dr. Ross. I am incredibly happy with my results. Dr. Ross gave me exactly what I asked for- full but natural looking breasts. I had consultations with two other plastic surgeons but I chose Dr. Ross because I felt like he took the time and really listened to me. He is wonderful!

I just got a breast augmentation done by Dr.Ross, They look so beautiful! He is so patient and answered any questions I had that came up. We went over the size and look I wanted and I could not be any happier. Angelina his nurse is outstanding! She made me feel so calm while in the OR, reassured me I was in great hands. The ladies that work the front desk are just great as well. I can not reccomend Dr. Ross enough! Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ross and staff.

Dr. Ross is an incredible doctor! After 2 consultations for a tummy tuck with other local doctors, I went to see Dr. Ross for a 3rd consult. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, I knew he was the right doctor for me! He was very helpful with explaining exactly what would/could happen with the surgery -- as well as happy to answer any and every question I could come up with (even the dumb questions). I couldn't be more satisfied with the results of my surgery and I'm so glad I went with Dr. Ross as my surgeon!!!

Dr. Ross is a very personable and considerate person. Caring about the results that you personally have in mind. I consider a doctor to have great communication skills in order for me to feel comfortable having the surgery performed by him. He answered all my questions and told me to call if I had more . I am considering him definitely for my surgery.

Dr Ross is a wonderful, skilled plastic surgeon. If your reading these reviews and stumble across bad ones- look at how many good reviews he does have. Maybe the people with bad reviews did not follow through with their own recovery plan!Dr Ross gave me beautiful D cup breast that look so natural, people cannot even tell they are fake, and that speaks for itself. He is so kind and patient, and really helped me with making a decision that was right for me. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs, and the gave me exactly that! My breast are so beautiful, and this is the little extra boost of condidence I needed to succeed in my goals, and I owe that thanks to Dr Ross! I would recommend him to anyone, if you are hesitant about who to pick as a plastic surgeon look no further than dr ross, there is a reason why he has been in the business for 20plus years, because he is an expert at his skill and will give you fabulous results just like he did for me! I couldn't be more happier!… I plan to go back for future facials and possible fillers. My breast will not need to be redone or fixed because he did an amazing job! I truly believe now I can accomplish all my goals thanks to dr ross- he is a miracle worker!
