Dr. Jayanthi R Smucker, MD

This lady misdiagnosed her patient (for years) and ignored solid information brought to her that her diagnosis was incorrect. She refused to check on her patient when the patient finally had to be hospitalized due to taking the wrong meds (prescribed by this doctor). She will NEVER call a patient back at home and just has nurses call to send patients to the ER (even just for a medication adjustment!) please be careful if you must go to her. She just follows along like a sheep unable to think for herself.

I currently have no doctor because of this woman, I have severe panic disorder, under A LOT of stress, & depressed, my son gets sentenced to prison 3 days from today. I told her the only thing worse would be burying my son. I only seen her two times. The first time she seen me for only ten minutes, would not listen and cut back meds she should not have cut back..the second time I went back was a few days ago, I wasnt even in that office for ten minutes, seriously, she asked how I was feeling & I told her how badly I felt, so she decided to cut me back further from the medicine I unfortunately need. I explained to her I hate the medicine, but I need it, like a diabetic needs insulin. She then said "Since you hate them then you need cut off." I was so upset I had to leave the office. I told her she was blind while I walked out. She is a very petty woman. I am suffering terribly, fighting off madness even as I sit here and type. She will still give me half the medicine I need, HALF, in… which I was already struggling with the full dosage (I have severe panic disorder & under A LOT of stress) But I left the clinic. She is treating me like I am a junkie, I have never been so offended in my life. My pride & integrity will not allow me to call and have this script called in. They say an oath to help not to hurt. Its messed with my head pretty bad. Im very frightened. Dont see this doctor if you care about your sanity. This site makes you give at least one star. She only got one star from me because you HAVE TO pick a star. She gets a big fat zero..princess complex yes, she is very petty. I am absolutely terrified. Ive been on this medication for years and am doing very badly right now. She made my anxiety and panic ten times worse. Smucker if you are reading this leave me alone. I dont trust petty ppl like you. I will make sure you will not hurt me. I know you know who I am.
