Failed to read medical records prior to seeing me, so he was not aware that I'd had a history of significant c-spine fractures. When I told him that the fractures had occurred in 1989, he said he didn't have records that went back that far. If he'd read any of the recent records, he would've known about the fractures, as other doctors had reviewed the old x-rays. The fact that I had a history of old neck fractures was tattooed all over the medical records. Ordered physical therapy, despite the fact that my neck was unstable. The physical therapy department cancelled his consult, refusing to perform PT that was "contraindicated" given my unstable neck. Has problems understanding English.
