The man is incompetent and a sick joke. Avoid at all cost..

It took me 3 months of repeated calling in order to get an appointment with her. It's not that she's booked out several months--it's that the office won't even tell you when she might be able to start taking appointments. They say "the system isn't taking appointments right now and we don't know when it will", and they'll call you when her schedule opens up. But they don't bother unless you keep calling and faxing them. After my second visit a young woman in the office told me--rather rudely, I might add--that I could neither make an appointment while standing right in front of her at the office nor over the phone later. She said "they" will call me when the schedule is available, but she wouldn't tell me when that will be. This was three months ago. I'm still waiting. I've long since had my primary care doctor act on my sleep study results. Though Dr. Jean herself seems fine, stay well away from this practice.

Dr. Jean multiple books each appointment time so be prepared to wait. I don't mind waiting if I will get at least adequate care, however, Dr. Jean has proven over several visits that she does not familiarize herself with your case. Nor, does she take the time or effort during your office visit to understand your issues. Long story short, in my opinion, this is not a good doctor.
