I visited Ortho South where l was seen by Dr Jean Simard. I was impressed by his professionalism and kindness and his quick diagnosis of my hip pain. The entire staff at this location from front desk to nurse assistant and ex ray tec all were professional and kept the Care in Healthcare. I confidently recommend Dr Simard and his staff.

Been seeing Dr Simard for a couple of years for my knee. He explains the issue in depth including xrays and continues with the plan. I must say I am very pleased with the treatment he has offered, it helps tremendously . Dr Simard is a very caring physician who is quite knowledgeable in his field. Would highly recommend his services.

Dr. Simard was kind, attentive and offered several solutions to my issue. He answered my questions in detail and did not rush through my appt. I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.

On 10/18/2024 I had an appointment with Dr.Jean Simard for MRI results Because of a Lower Spinal Injury that happened over 9 months ago and before seeing Dr Simard his staff was very concerned, kind and helpful in placing me in a clean room and checking my vitals particularly one medical assistant that made sure I was prepared for the doctor. Dr. Simard came in the room and reintroduced himself and went over briefly with the MRI results and asks were was my pain in which he referred me to another specialist that would further assist me in precedure. Great experience

My First Visit Was For A Lower Spinal Injury because I advised by my Primary Care Specialist Jeffery Strickland. I was So Surprised That All Of The Staff At The 3034 Kate Bond was very professional and kind……Dr Simard was patient with me describing my injuries and acting swiftly in scheduling a MRI . I had the scheduled MRI on 10/9/2024 at 1:00 pm yesterday and that staff was professional and kind. I’ve been off work at least 9 months because I can’t do my normal duties as a Certified Office Furniture Installer and Deliver that requires my back to be together but in too much pain so hopefully the MRI gives some answers

He should slow down a little

From walking in the door to walking out the door, my visit was friendly, caring and professional. The appointment was on time; all the questions were addressed; the staff was helpful and Dr. Simard was above and beyond caring for me.

It went fine as expected. I was seen at my appointment time and Dr. Simard's staff did a great job. Highly recommended.
