Ease of Appointment
I set up an appt for my 90 yo mom,they were booked a month ahead. Its an hour from where we live, and a lot of trouble for mom to get herself ready for an appt. When we got there we were told that we would have to reschedule. I had gotten a call the day before from an automated appt confirmation service, and confirmed the appt. The recpt. said that she had called the week before and couldn't leave a message. I told her our ans machine works, did she try again--she said "no." I told her that the appt was confirmed by an auto-service. She said she has nothing to do with that!!!We didn't reschedule. When we got home, I checked and there had been no calls from their office. Unprofessional and disrespectful of patients.
