Dr Henry is a very personable and friendly doctor. Talks to you like a human and not like you are a dr yourself. Speaks to you in the terms that a "normal"person would understand. And adding to that he is a very caring doctor and doesn't rush you out of your appointment.

Dr. Henry is a problem solver because he seeks a solution instead of perpetual medication. He could give more explanation of the procedure and its alternatives. I would do online research to educate myself and be prepared with questions I would like to have answered. Premier Urology billing service is a little indifferent,regarding call backs and answering questions about what will be covered by insurance. The doctors in this practice should take a little more interest in the billing operation as most people will have multiple contact. Dr. Henry is professional and courteous, his assistants are friendly and make you feel comfortable with these personal medical problems. I only gave three stars to the office staff rating because of the billing department which is probably a outside service.
