I've been going to Dr Wheeler for over 15 years - he continues to move further away, I continue to see him (live in Avon). My ONLY complaint is making an appointment - Royal pain in the GLUTES! Typically it is at least 6 months out - HATE it! Staff is good - but he is EXCELLENT - so I will continue to endure the drive and time line to see him

Trusted professional! I have been seeing Dr. Wheeler for over 15 years. He has taken a genuine interest in me, as a person, whenever I see him. He is genuinely interested in what I have to say and I feel that I have had excellent care. Referrals to specialists have also been excellent. He is intentional not to overprescribe when it comes to antibiotic therapy. I have found his explanations to be thorough and easy to understand.

I was referred to this doctor and he would not even help me and tried to pass me off to another doctor who has terrible reviews.

We found Dr. Wheeler as our pediatrician 5 years ago, by way of several nurses' recommendations. He is very intelligent and does a great job easing the children into their exam while being able to notice nuances of their personality and discuss all our concerns in an efficient and clear manner. We just moved out of state after having our third child and we miss him and his wonderful team of nurses.

If you have basic illnesses like strep throat or a sinus infection, he is helpful and friendly and can get you the medicine you need. If you have a complex illness that he doesn't recognize you better find someone who will take it seriously and get to the bottom of it.

Having been a patient of Dr. Wheeler for approximately 10 years has provided numerous opportunities to evaluate his effectivness which I consider excellent. He has always taken the time to provide evaluations, tests and examinations in a very professional manner. Any time that I have called the office I have received a return call very promptly.
