Dr. Jeffrey Green Bennion, MD

Bennion is an embarrassment to the medical community. He is condescending, lazy and rude. I strongly recommend not doing business with this joker.

Our son formed a large mass on his neck almost overnight. We were frantic. Dr. Bennion's office got him right in. He was diagnosed with cancer, and had a very large mass on his thyroid. Dr. Bennion was compassionate, but honest while explaining our options. Our son had surgery the following Tuesday. Dr. Bennion worked tirelessly for almost 8 hours to thoroughly remove the massive tumor. He then performed a full thyroidectomy, and a neck dissection. He made as small of an incision as possible, thinking about not only health, but aesthetics as well. He was able to keep the nerves, and parathyroid in tact, which is important to movement and calcium prooduction. His voice was untouched. That night, after a full day of surgery, Dr. Bennion waked through the door at 10:30 at night just to check on drains, and to see how he was doing. Dr. Bennion saved his life. Our son starts medical school in the fall, and because of Dr. Bennion, will have no long term effects from this surgery that could… have been detrimental to his future as a surgeon. I owe him everything. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our son during our most vulnerable time.

hree of my kids have required Dr. Bennion's services, and we've had a great experience each time. He recently took time out of his own significant family event to see my teenage son for a broken nose on a Saturday when his office was closed. He understood my son's desire to be well enough to play his next football game and didn't hesitate to go out of his way for us!

I'm sure that in this office, like many others, there are times that people aren't pleased over something or another. I was 42, and saw Dr. Bennion for recurring tonsilitis. He was thorough, and very kind. He took my tonsils out after determining that they truely were the culprit. He was kind and I didn't have any trouble with the staff when I had questions, they were answered. Also, my husband had some irregular cells in his lip, after being a tobacco chewer for many years. Dr. Bennion saw us, took samples for pathology that day, even though it disrupted the schedule, because he could have the pathology results before the weekend. I appreciated that since it was a very frightening time. He didn't want us to have to wait and worry any longer than we had to. I give Dr. Bennion 4 stars.

I did not have a good experience with this doctor. The other doctors in this office are wonderful. Stay away from Dr. (and I use that term very lightly) Bennion!
