I made my first and last appointment at this Dr. The receptionist was extremely rude so the appointment did not start out well.From the second i walked in that door I was un easy. The dr too was quick and abrupt and not to helpful when i asked questions.The procedure I was inquiring about wasn't covered according to them by my insurance. Funny thing is I paid out of pocket for visit and would have paid out of pocket for this procedure but they did not even discuss any payment options. I work in the financial district so the battery street location is convenient. They also take my insurance ppo which is important to me. I`ve gone to this office twice. The first time I came in for a spot on my face that I was worried about because I read so much about skin cancer. Dr. Binstock was very nice and told me that he`d have to make a very small incision and take a biopsy which didn`t even need a stitch. It was my face and he was sensitive to that. Fortunately the biopsy came back negative and the small incision healed quickly. I felt so comfortable with his care and professionalism that I asked him about Botox. I hadn`t had any for awhile and somehow I just knew he`d be good. I made an appointment for the next week for the Botox injections. I went in for the Botx forehead, crows feet and while I was there I complained about the dark circles under my eyes. He suggested injecting restylane in that area. It`s one week later and the total result is AMAZING! I look younger, prettier and not tired. It wasn`t that painful and filling the dark circles made a dramatic difference. I think he`s an artist I`m delighted. Thank you Dr. Binstock.
