Dr. Mindy Ly was my doctor for over 5 years and one day out of the blue I received a letter stating that the office will no longer see me and my 19 year old son because of communication issues. I was devastated. I felt this had to be a mistake so after several phone calls to get to the bottom of this issue I went to the office where I was met by the manager of the office name Brent. He refused to allow me to see ANY doctor and stated that they all was in agreement to drop us. He refused to give a reason and called the police on me. Why is it that police are being called all the time on black people even at a doctor’s office? My son went to see doctor Burchard for 1 thing and he ran test for something else. I questioned the doctor about the test which I felt was racist. Not all teenage black males are drug heads. I refused to pay for SOME of the testing. 2 months later I received the letter.

He saw me for 20 minutes and decided chronic fatigue and other symtoms was all in my head. If you disagree or even ask probing questions he gets agitated. If you go over the allotted 15 minutes he spends with every patient, he will walk out.

Very dismissive of my concerns. Like many doctors, I believe he tries to see too many patients $$$$.

I have seen Dr Burchard only twice now but I have been very pleased with his expertise as a physician. He is also very personable.

Told me my ear pain was due to anxiety and I needed an antidepressant. Another dr did a thorough exam (pressing on pressure points, etc.) and quickly determined the pain and fatigue was due to inner ear congestion and prescribed ear drops and steroids. I don't appreciate doctors who minimize women's pain/symptoms and act like they're symptoms of hysteria. The practice is good. I will not see that dr again.

Did not take my Aenta insurance. Said I would pay cash. They said they would give no-insurance rate. They they changed their mind and said since I had insurance (that they would not accept), they would not give the no-insurance rate. Cashier then became rude, when I asked what the rate was. So, I politely left. Won't go back.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and good bed side manner. My whole family goes to him, including my kids.

Chose Dr Burhard as primary care doctor, but every visit was horrible. He did not take the time to listen to my concerns, talked down to me, and came across as very arrogant. Never went back to him.
