Went into routine elective surgery with this guy in 2013 a healthy, athletic male, left surgery incapacitated. Told I had a strong malpractice suit, I have had 27 doctors since, and we're still searching what he did. His experience in malpractice judgments leaves him fearless of the consequences as he doesn't pay his judgments anyway. in short, he's dangerous.

This doctor as previous law suits due to operational error and not viewing the patients chart. Does not care about patient care only the amount of money he can make off of you and your insurance. Beware

I have been seen by Dr. Carter since before 1996. I have had 5 revisions of my knees, all due to my occupation, that caused their failure. My experience with the Doctor, his staff, both in and out of the hospital (CHOMP), and appointments have been both very professional and amazing.

Horrible surgeon knee is out of alignment. The second opinion I received said my knee was out of alignment. My physical therapist said that if my knee isn't redone it will effect my back and hips. My therapist said there is nothing he can do for me. This surgeon should not have a license in California or anywhere else.

Do not go to this doctor. I got surgery last year and feel so much worse. Presurgery and aftercare was really bad. On paper he looks good but turned out he's a hack. This doctor does not care.

Dr. Carter was terrible. I am worse since he performed surgery. He wants you to go right back out and work a few days after surgery.

I've been seeing Dr Carter for almost 20 years and he has had to preform several surgeries on my knees and my shoulder. All were successful and I am pain free. I walk, ride my horse, play with grandkids, dance, swim. anything I want to do. I have experienced no limitations after surgery. Wonderful doctor/person.
