He is by far the best Nephrologist in New Jersey...he has been my husband's doctor since 2001 and has been wonderful with his treatment of his Kidney disease and continues to take great care of him...

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO DOCTORS FOR MANY YEARS AND NONE OF THEM WEEW ABLE TO HELP MY KIDNEY AND HIGH BLOOG PREDDURE PROBLEM. SINCE I STARTED SEEING DR. KOZLOWSKI SEVERAL YEARS AGO MY KIDNEYS HAVE IMPROVED AND MY PRESSURE IS NORMAL. HE IS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE ALSO HAS A TERRIFIC BEDSIDE MANNER. I WOULD SAY HE IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I've just read a review of Dr. Kozlowski here which I feel is both inaccurate and undeserved. I have known him and been a patient of his for decades and in my opinion he has always been kind, caring, compassionate, and brilliant. Anything less that that would be an injustice to this man. True he is far busier than he was 15 years ago, but never has he given me less than 100% of his dedication. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I will never forget having an appointment with a specialist who, at the mention that Dr. Kozlowski was my primary, was compelled to remark "he is the most brilliant doctor at Valley Hospital." That about sums it up.

Dr. Jeffrey Kozlowski has been my primary care doctor for many years. I have watched him change from a caring physician with a fair personality to a non caring individual with a nasty disposition. Plain and simple, Dr. Kozlowski doesn't care about or respects his patients! There is always a 30 to 40 minute wait. He tends to over test and appears to review the findings only when the patient is in the examination room. You have to actively follow up on all procedures. Do not expect the office to do the follow up. Any request you make for test reports, requires several attempts. If I was a bit younger, I would attempt to find a new primary care physician. I would not recommend Dr. Jeffrey Kozlowski to anyone.

My husband has a chronic kidney disease for 8 years now and Dr. Kozlowski has kept him stable.. I highly recommend him!!!!
