After going to the same doctor for 17 years we decided to try a new doctor due to long wait tines and difficulty getting appointments. My 18 and 21 year old sons have seen Dr. Shadle and have had great experiences. He easily identified an inner ear situation with my oldest that had been misdiagnosed by previous physicians. Dr. Shadle is great and I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shadle ever since he opened his practice in Plano. He always takes his time with you and listens very carefully to your concerns. I have never felt rushed. His entire staff is also very professional and friendly.

2nd attempt to leave review. Mr. Shadle never could diagnose my low testosterone. also he diagnosed but never bothered to treat Bell's palsy in left side of face. I later got bills policy on right side of my face. went to a real doctor who gave me an injection and it went away within a week. this man is just barely qualified to dig ditches. anything more I don't think he can handle

Been using this practice for over 30 years but recently they only care about the bottom line and not their patients. Doctors are all decent but the office in general no longer cares like they use to. Will be finding a new facility and doctor.

Dr. Jeffrey Shadle has been our Family Doctor for more than 7 years. Unfortunately we moved from Texas to New York and we had to change doctors. Dr. Shadle is an excellent doctor, he takes time for you, and he is very accurate in his diagnostics. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Shadle is one of those doctors that you don't come across very often. He is caring and professional. His office runs smoothly and his staff is courteous. Have recommended Dr. Shadle to numerous friends and acqaintances. All have been happy.
