Dr. Wieder is a superb surgeon. He is meticulously careful, and achieved excellent results. In my case he carried out an RP. There had been extensive scarring due to a history of prostatitis, and he took over 4 hours for the surgery to achieve the results without damaging other structures (particularly in sparing the nerves). The result was no side effects after 3 weeks. He explained to me all of the decisions and procedures, and gave me all relevant statistics pertinent to my situation. His communication with me was kind, informational, and he helped me in understanding my situation and making decisions about how to proceed.
