Dr. Zarin’s surgical procedures are meticulous, but the post-operative care provided was severely inadequate. All my post-operative visits were conducted with his physician assistant, and I was never able to meet with Dr. Zarin himself. When I contacted the office approximately eight months after knee surgery to report some concerns, I spent 40 minutes on the phone being transferred three times before being informed that my issue required me to make an appointment as a new patient. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was unable to secure one for two months. Consequently, I am considering seeking a new surgeon.

This was an initial visit with Dr. Zarin. He took his time and he listened attentively. I felt totally heard. Plus, he offered me a place to start that felt comfortable, ie physical therapy first.

Since this was a year after the Dr. Zarin's hip surgery on me (and all is well) there was no treatment suggested. I've recommended Dr. Zarin to several of my friends who need surgery.
