Dr. Tam seems like a very sweet lady, spoke gently. However, the pap smear process seemed very rushed like she had to go deliver some babies in the next room. She brushed off a question I had (She said "it's normal" without even looking at the problem). The office staff never sent me my result. I had to call them and they said the result was negative which I guess I had to take at face value. Avoid Dr. Tam I say.
