Not caring or sympathetic at all. Worst!!!

My first pregnancy was very high risk and my doctor in the city did a wonderful job. For my second, I decided I wanted to be closer to home since we had recently moved up to Westchester. I did a ton of research and asked around for referrals. A friend of a friend said Dr Gannon could be a good fit as she did a c-section for her (and I would need one). Dr Gannon didn’t take any of my concerns, medical history, or symptoms seriously and we had a very bad outcome. Caremount’s team also lacked a lot of sympathy as well. There were many times where Dr Gannon wouldn’t be available so I’d see others in the practice and it was clear that none of them talked over my case together either. It’s taken me almost a year to actually write this review since I’ve been so upset over how I was treated.

Four years ago Dr. Gannon pressed me to have a hysterectomy without any clear clinical reason. She had very little surgical experience at the time, and I felt she was too eager to operate. She wanted to perform the surgery through my belly button, after morcelating the uterus. So glad I did not go through with the surgery.

Dr. Gannon saw me through two difficult pregnancies and was always super supportive and kind. Dr. Gannon is always patient and takes the time with her patients to give them the best care possible.

I have found Dr. Gannon to be an excellent physician. She takes the time to listen to her patient's concerns and makes sure that they understand any treatment options. I felt very comfortable talking with her and confident that her recommendations were in my best interests.
