I've been seeing Dr. Carpenter since the 90s and there's not enough space here to express all the positive things about her. She's a very knowledgeable,

Poorest physical ever. After 3 years (6 appointments), finally, I asked why such a limited exam as all she did was listen to my heart and lungs through my clothes on my back. When I asked why such a limited exam she said it’s Medicare and you’re new to me. I reminded her that this is my seventh appointment with her. At that, she kept saying “This is the only thing I can control here.” This woman is not capable.

For the information of patients, Dr Carpenter is only working two days per week and every other Friday. This makes for slow responses (8 days for an answer to a phone call/and portal messages) and limited appointment availability.

Always have had great experience with this provider as I have seen and followed her through the years. She has always been compassionate to the nature of the office visits and would always be honest with me regarding any my health issues.

I can't believe this provider is in the same healthcare system as others I see regularly (and respect highly). She was disrespectful, condescending, didn't listen, and showed no compassion. After refusing to help me, she accused me of not wanting to take care of myself. That statement was inappropriate, as was her attitude in general. I wouldn't want to see anyone else treated the way she treated me.

Dr. has TERRIBLE bedside manner. Was there for physical, and she said because new patient, and taking meds, this will be a get to know you visit not physical. She was extremely curt, didn't shake my hand or introduce herself. After she pressed me for the name of my RETIRED Dr, and the group he was with, I stood up, told her this would not be a good fit, and walked out!
