Dr. Moreira was simple amazing. She took her time with me as I was an emotional mess. She actually listened to me issues, which I feel everyone else brushes me off. She came up with a great plan that had me feeling great so-far. I am super excited to be a new patient.

Don’t understand the good reviews. This physician barely spent any time with me, had me wait an hour to see her, and was condescending. I looked at the discharge paperwork when handing into the front desk, and she diagnosed me with something she never bothered to mention to me. Possibly the worst physician I’ve ever seen in my life. Will be looking elsewhere for care.

Finally a doctor that takes her time and explains things to me. Doesn’t make me feel rushed and offered good options for my issues. Very happy that I found her!!

Dr. Moreira is such an amazing and sweet person. She takes her time and never made me feel like I has rushed or bothering her with my multitude of questions, even though I know she was running late. She is very knowledgeable and would always explain her answers to my questions. I loved her as a both my gyne and then my ob. There is no one better than I would have chosen to help me bring in my little angels. Love and thank her so much!

I saw Dr. Moreira for several visits in the Fall at her Barrington office and she recommended a D and C to identify endometrial cancer. This was a positive diagnosis. Prior to the surgery I was given an EKG. Following this test I was told that everything was fine and we would go ahead with the surgery. When referred to another hospital for more radical surgery I was told that the EKG was not normal and that it suspected that I had had a prior heart attack and my heart was enlarged. This information was never shared with me by Dr. Moreira. While the results may have been OK for the D and C, she knew I was having extensive surgery and the EKG could be a problem. Regardless of her thoughts I should have been told immediately in case I wanted further testing. When confronted with this problem, she was unconcerned and said it was just an oversight. That is a big problem. I would not trust her with my care.

Dr.Moreira is very thorough and kind. She takes her time explaining things without making me feel rushed. She is very sweet and down to earth. I like that she explained my issues with simple words so that I could easily understand. I am very happy with her.
