Dr. Cheng is an excellent pediatrician. She is extremely knowledgeable and very bright. In addition, she has great bedside manners and is professional yet friendly.

Dr. Cheng is a wonderful pediatrician - she gave me her email so I can ask her any questions I might have forgotten during the visit. We are so lucky to have her! My daughter has a rare metabolic disorder and Dr Cheng is on top of her medications, lab results and appointments with 5 different subspecialists. I agree with US News's ranking of Children's as the best for kids!

Dr Cheng is excellent. She is ver responsive, prompt and has great bedside manner.

My child received a truly comprehensive evaluation and was diagnosed with a condition that had been misdiagnosed by several doctors. I would give Dr. Cheng 10 stars if I could!

i can totally understand the previous reviewer's concern and this is something that i experienced too. i would give her 0 stars for bedside manners if i could. i waited over an hr in the waiting room but at least i had a staff member come in and talk to my family. still once i saw her, it was as if she barely cared about my family and didn't even remember that we had seen her before. boston children's is a good hospital and we stayed but switched providers. but i don't know why they hired this lady. flat out rude!
