Dr. Jennifer Lynn Papp, DO

After 8 years of going to her off and on (insurance reasons& moved) she definitely isn't the doctor she used to be. She has become very unfriendly and can't juggle the clients she has and her personal life. She has cancelled appointments with me "personal or provider reasons" they said and, when I was having problems with my insurance and had to cancel literally 2 appointments she wrote in my chart that I had lack of prenatal care and had her nurse call me to cancel my 6wk postnatal checkup on the day of my appointment (more provider cancelled reasons)and told me they would call back that afternoon to reschedule. So I waited for her call. Never called, then sent a letter in my chart saying she could no longer see me because of the lack of care I got during my pregnancy.. Really?! That just showed she is the one that didn't care about my health and well being because they could've been honest and simply told me that she was "dropping me" much sooner than now so I could get the medical… care that I need and she failed to give me. Every visit I went to she was very short and not sweet never smiled and acted like she didn't care anymore. Didnt even deliver my child or give me the proper care I needed in labor or after. No epidural andwouldnt even put an order in for a Tylenol hours after I delivered my child ALL NATURAL. I delivered at the hospital I didnt even want to go to but went there because she was "my doctor" and supposed to have my best interest in mind. Never even checked on me! Now she's made false remarks about my care and tried to make it look like I was the one that didnt care. She's obviously taken on too much and can't handle it anymore so she lies and blames others because she don't want herself to look bad. Believe me she will NOT care about you she "too busy". Don't go to her, find a good caring doctor that has time for their patients and actually cares unlike her.

I keep calling and being put on hold for up to 30 or more minutes! This is unacceptable. A hormonal pregnant woman who has questions when something is wrong shouldn't be left hanging! Or I've been on hold so long they answer the phone by saying how I may I help you? They can't seem to get anything together or anything fixed.

Dr. Papp is the most thorough and caring Doctors. She is truly one of a kind.

I've been a patient of Dr. Papp for approximately 7 years and she is an awesome physician. She is very knowledgeable and takes time to thoroughly explain any health concerns you may have. In addition, Dr. Papp educates her patients regarding the bodily changes they can expect at different stages in their life. Although, I have been completely satisfied with Dr. Papp as my physician, it is with regret that I must find another. Since Dr. Papp has moved locations, it has been nearly impossible to get in to see her. For the past 2 1/2 years, I have tried to do so unsuccessfully. On 3 different occasions I have had appointments cancelled by her office only to find that the next available appt was 5 or 6 months away. When it happened for the third time I explained my dilemma to her staff only to hear repeatedly that there was "nothing they could do". Not only were they unwilling to help, but they were very rude. As a result, I am now almost three years between exams and looking elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Papp for going on 3 years now and she was my first ever OBGYN doctor. Switching over from a family doctor to her was both easy and a pleasure. She goes out of her way to take her time with you, answer all questions, and make sure you are comfortable with everything she is doing. In my recent surgery with her, the office was both fast and very cooperative in setting of appointment and following through with all information. I would recommend her to anyone, it's not every day you can leave an annual and be smiling as you walk out.

I would defently reccomend Dr. Papp she is the best.
