Jennifer seemed distracted and irritable during a routine physical. My concern as a consumer, she gives me pause to her ability as a physician for non-routine care.

I hope you don't ever get stuck talking to her nurse by the name of "Petra." She comes off as insensitive and unprofessional. There is a large communication gap between the people who answer the phones and the message recipient. I have had a problem every single time I have relayed a message.

Ease in getting an appointment:Didn't have trouble getting one at all, but had trouble getting one in a timely manner. Had to seek help elsewhere in the meantime.Waiting time during a visit: Admitted to her office punctually, but had to wait a bit for the doctor herself. (The guy before me was admitted to the office fifteen minutes late. He didn't arrive early, however, as I did.)Courtesy and professionalism of office staff:Most of her staff was fine. Her main nurse, however, was obstructive on the two occasions I encountered her.Accuracy in diagnosing a problem:Maybe not applicable, considering she hasn't diagnosed anything so far. On the other hand, she hasn't really checked anything either.Bedside manner (caring):Okay.Spending enough time with me:I have to think she rather a slough-off. She seems to do the absolute minimum she can get away with.Following up as needed after my visit:Reluctant to schedule a follow-up visit.How long was your wait at the office?No significant past the… scheduled appointment time in the lobby, between five and ten minutes waiting alone in the doctor's office.
