Dr. Reynard is a good pediatrician. A little rushed but caring and concerned, a great supporter of breastfeeding too. The office she is in, however, on Southcross, is atrocious. The staff is ridiculous, rude, unprofessional... I feel more like I'm at the liquor store than a doctor's office. Also, the waiting room is pretty bad, uncomfortable, and no separate "well child" waiting room which is scary. The wait time is often ridiculous, very often more than 45 minutes... but I am thankful to be able to be seen (have my son seen rather) on short notice at least. That's a plus.My older son recently waited in the wait area while me and my younger son went back for him to be examined. The older son felt bad and was resting with his eyes closed and later reported to me that the front desk staff were cussing, smacking gum, in general behaving like... well NOT like you'd expect in a medical office!!Nurses and techs are curt, rushed, abrupt, and rush through descriptions of complaints and why you are there. Dr. Reynard is great but very often not available so one must take whatever doc is available and so far that has NOT been a good experience. More rudeness and rushing.
