Wait time is almost always in excess of one hour. Tiny, uncomfortable waiting room with no air conditioning. Office staff lags behind with referrals and especially with prescription refills. Nothing seems computerized and lots of time is wasted giving a long explanation of conditions and medications; this interview is often performed by girls who seem untrained and unprofessional. On one occasion, I presented the girl with a list of meds, one of which is dosed in mcg (micrograms) instead of mg (milligrams), and she promptly "corrected" it by crossing it out and writing in "mg". When I corrected her, she just gave me a blank look like I was crazy. Between the waiting time and the absurdly long hand-written interview (on a two-inch thick stack of paper records), a good portion of my day has been wasted. AND THEN, whatever prescription they are supposedly calling in has to be followed for three days by ME because the pharmacy has not heard from them. The doctor herself is nice, but the referral doctors are so much better all around.

she is a BAD doctor and should NEVER have allowed to come here and practice!!!!!!!!I got a BLADDER CANCER BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
