I've been a patient of Dr. Ha's for approximately 15 years now and I don't know what I would have done without her! I'm a complicated patient with numerous conditions so I've seen more than my fair share of doctors from multiple disciplines and she beats them all. Her current staff is also wonderful! So friendly and caring! Thank you for everything!!!

Dr. Ha is kind, compassionate and always takes her time with you so you know ever detail of your visit. I’ve never had a doctor that explains everything to you and actually cares about you as a person as opposed to being another patient.

What a nice lady. Sometimes, her waiting room gets backed up, but I know some patients require more attention than others and as long as she gives my health the same attention, she's worth the wait. There are some complaints within these reviews that she takes too long to return calls. It's a busy office and she can't always stop to catch up on calls. The office does have an online message system. I've used it a few times and, although responses aren't immediate, they are timely.

This office takes several days to return phone calls when you call for information. Dr. Ha doesn’t listen and prescribes herbs a lot.

Dr. Ha doesn’t return phone calls promptly. After a few try’s at curing your problem she sends you to a specialist.

DR. Jenny L. Ha-Sienna Hills Primary Care-not taking new patients. Their website is totally inaccurate for two reasons.1) It does not state anything that they are not taking new patients and HAVE NOT FOR 2 years according to their receptionist. 2.)They have a "NEW PATIENT PORTAL" for new patients to complete required forms on the website. This is very confusing to say the least and misrepresentative at the extreme. Their website should be updated to properly reflect that they are a closed panel for the past 2 years. They have had ample time to make this correction and update. This is terribly misleading to the general public

I was born and raised in Boston, Ma., where I was a patient of the top doctors in the world. Very disappointed and frightened when I moved to Las Vegas, and tried to find a doctor here. After seeing many different doctors, I finally lucked out, and became a patient of Dr. Jenny Ha. She is actually better than the top doctors in Boston. I highly recommend her to everyone ,male or female. My husband alsothinks she is the best. She is brilliant, Listens to all concerns, never rushes you out, and has solved any health issues that have come up for me, over the years. I have Been her patient for 11 years,. She is so professional, she is the best.

I am a difficult patient to please. I have been frustrated by the medical profession in the past. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Ha. I am lucky to have her as my pcp. She is intelligent..organized.. Caring.. Helpful. I hope to keep her for years to come.

Excellent Doctor and staff everyone is very nice and Doctor Ha is a very caring Doctor and very knowledgeable. Appointment was on time no long waiting.
