Dr. Jenny Zhang Lin, MD

The worst Neurologist I have ever had. Don't waste your time there.

My daughter had a grand mal seizure. and I tried to call Dr, Lin. Left a message that day, and when I tried after that, the mailbox was continually full. No way to contact a doctor or staff, just a rude message saying, "Are you still on the phone? Goodbye."

Dr.Lin's quality of care and service has declined over the years. Her staff turnover rate is astronomically high and trying to contact her in an emergency is near to impossible. It is sad when a doctor has so many patients that the level of service and support falls and fails to be adequate. At this time, if one of her patients needed her, due to her office voicemail Inbox being full of messages 99% of the time and her mobile phone not working. Sadly, a patient could die or be given wrong treatment due to her being inaccessible.

I had an 11:45 appointment this morning but I received a call at 9:57 from the office manager telling me I can come in earlier. Since I was already going to get a hair cut a 10:am appointment I decided I'd go to the Dr first. Well biggest mistake I ever made. After getting to the office 20 minutes later I had to wait 2 and a half hours to see the dr. As of ight now I am sitting in her office waiting to be seen and if I am not seen by the end of typing this review I am leaving. I advised the office manager this is not how a business is supposed to operate. If you tell me to come in early then stand by it, not have me wait almost 3 hours to be seen. I will not come back to Dr. LIN ever again. My time is too important and this level of inconsiderate on is unnacpetable
