Complacent Regarding Potentially Serious Issue
I had a series of (panic?) attacks - I thought I could benefit from a complete blood screening, perhaps more than "ah you're al;right" ... I felt that Dr. Navarro was a bit complacent around potentially serious issue.

Dr. Navarro is pleasant and prompt during visits. As a Licensed Nurse I am at times hard to please when it comes to medicine. I have found she listens well and is no-nonsense when it comes to health care. I enjoy the care I receive at the Office from all the staff and greatly appreciate Nurse Barbara with all she does.

Her bedside manner is by far the worst I have ever encountered. She has knee jerk reactions to simple complaints and under reacts to more serious ones. She is rude and seems to have little compassion.
