Disregards patient complaints of symptoms. Condescending. Treats patients as check boxes or part of an assembly line. Doesn't take the time to REALLY listen and assess, in order to make proper diagnosis. She already knows it all so, don't bother telling her what treatments have and haven't worked for you.

Being treated for glaucoma, had cataracts removed and replacement IODs were on the mark, resulting on 20/20 on both eyes. From this limited interactions with the good Dr, her medical performance is 100%.

Although her assistant did a lot of the prep work, Dr. Koury took her time to review my current and previous diagnosis. She advised what I needed to do as follow-up in a professional and courteous manner.

Dr. Koury was extremely dismissive. She did not answer any questions and spent less than 5 minutes doing a less than thorough exam on my eyes. When I told her I had a couple more questions about her "diagnosis" she left the room and was nowhere to be found when I cam out looking for her. She clearly does not have any compassion for her patients.
