Dr. Jill Lane, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Lane for several years now. Follow-up by her staff and Dr. Lane is so very poor. Significant procedures initiated by Dr. Land are not reviewed with patients at least not with me. Her assistant Mary, is not very good. Lab test are set up but notification to the patient does not occur. Sometimes the tests are not set-up and one goes to the lab only to learn Mary did not follow through, All in all , if you value your health and self respect, find another physician; I will.

She has saved me three very frightening and scary situations. She is truly a blessing. She is also an incredibly nice and positive person..longtime patient Greg G here and just saw her again today.

I saw Dr. Jill Lane for some potential stomach issues I had been having. Dr. Lane was prompt to greet me, professional and took the time to assess what she observed going on, share her assessments with me and provide treatment options and answer the many questions I had. I feel that she cares about her patients and is open to answer any and all questions I had. I feel comfortable in her diagnosis and professionalism.

I have had a few colonoscopies in the past without incident. After going through the prep I was very disappointed that Dr. Land did not complete the procedure. She said I complained of pain but never explained why she did not give me more pain medicine. It's such a bummer to have to go through this whole procedure again.

I have had 3 Colonoscopies throughout the years and this was my first experience with Dr Lane. She was friendly, professional and I had no bad effects from my procedure. The staff at the hospital were great as well.

I recently had a routine colonoscopy by Dr. Lane at Scripps Green Hospital. I was a little nervous to say the least and when I met her there in the patient prep area she was so kind and caring and made me feel very much at ease as she escorted me to the room for my procedure. As the anesthesia was being administered she was explaining what I was seeing on the screen before I went off to dreamland. I felt nothing and had no after effects from the procedure. I would recommend her.

I have been going to this doctor for over a year for the same problem. Everytime I go it's the same routine but nothing done. I recently had an appointment I waited 3 week to get. On my way to her office I got turned round and lost. I was 20 min late and was told that the doctor could not see me because she had a conference she had to attend. I don't know about you but a sick patient that waited 3 weeks to see her should take priority. At the most she would have spent 10 min talking and refering for exams. If she was a few minutes late who would care? Would 10 minutes even matter doctors are never on time and hold up meetings. I find it very sad that a person who is sworn to help sick people could be so harsh and heartless to turn a much needed patient the help they needed. I will never go to this office ever again. I'm seriously considering switch out Scripps for another health care provider.

My experience with Jill Lane was superb from beginning to end. She was extremely professional, yet put one at ease and was so warm and caring. She took more time with me than any doctor in the last 20 years. A rare class act and a credit to her profession.
