First appointment was canceled without notice because doc went home sick. No call, nothing. Just let us drive an hour and a half and then told us too bad. Returned two days later and waited a full hour before even being called back into the exam room. Was in there for half an hour when they decided eyes needed dilated. Wait another 30 minutes for exam. Then when our 4 year old is upset because he can't see anything, the doctor turns on a cartoon for him. Really? He can't see so turn on cartoons...that he can't see? We spent a total of 2.5 hours in that office, no apology for the wait, nothing. Then they wanted $200 for a pair of glasses I could get at walmart for $67. I would not see this doctor at all but we needed an opthamologist for this condition and this one was closest. Very sad indeed.
