Dr. Jill Waggoner, MD

I called to enter as a new patient. My appointment was changed twice. The second time it was changed I did not receive notice and missed the appointment. When I called back I was advised of their policies and told that they would need to speak with the doctor to get permission to schedule an appointment, and someone would call me back with the decision. No call back. I called again the following business day and was told that the analysis did not get a chance to call me back, but it was decided that because I missed an appointment as a new potential new patient, a appointment had been denied. She was not willing to take me as a new patient. I asked how can I be responsible for an appointment that I was never notified about. She stated it was because a message was left on a number I confirmed to be a good number. although I advised the message was never received.

Dr. Waggoner is a pretty good doctor but in my opinion she is more focused on generating revenue for her practice than she is on her patient's care. Blood work taken and she did not catch a reading that was higher than normal. Back office operations is horrendous as is their customer service lacks good service, Billing discrepancies with each visit (they so no sir you have a zero balance - then I receive a bill in the mail and they are adamant about paying it. Long waits when arriving 15 minutes before appointment time, then long waits in the exam rooms when you finally get in there. I would like to send an email but they won't give it out. I am very close to firing her and finding another doctor.

Best doctor I have had in a long time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waggoner for almost 7 years. She and her staff are so very compassionate and caring. She has a very warm, pleasant spirit. I love my "Dr. Jill"

I absolutely love Dr Jill. She is so sweet and personable about things. She takes her time with me, and that smile just brighten the day and the visit . Would recommend her anytime to anyone who needs a caring physician.

Every visit it's a 30-45 minute wait in the lobby and then an additional 30 minutes in the room. No sense of urgency and staff has no professional courtesy regarding patients waiting.

I absolutely love Dr. Jill Waggonerâ?¦she take her time and listen to your questions or problems. Her warm smile whenever she comes into the room is very soothing. Whenever you leave her office you will start to feel better right then. In my analysis she is an excellent Doctor. Itâ??s so hard to find a good caring Doctor but if thatâ??s what you wantâ?¦She will be a Great Doctor for you.

I was referred to Dr. Waggoner through a friend of mine. It is hard to get an appt with her if u need to see her soon. I had a physical friday and never saw Dr. Jill, it was someone else. Dr. Jill and i discussed options and referrals the week before and she said she would give me more info at yhe time of my physical. I was ver disappointed that i didnt get to see the dr i had scheduled the appt with.

Dr. Waggoner has been my PCP for a year now and have come to respect her expertise and knowlegde in medicine. She is dynamic at what she does by keeping up with modern medicine and research. She has a broad scope when it comes to treatment options: homeopathic, traditional, to cutting edge. I am grateful her because she has been consistent with her dedication to medicine since speaking at the Cathedral of Faith Missionary Baptist Church days to the present day Antioch Sister's Summit.
