Care taker for eye patient

Her office is like stepping back in time. Methodologies are WAY outdated. She needed to use an alternative visual chart for the client. Based on the images it looked like it had been printed in 1950. Some of the images probably could not even be defined by the client they were so old. She had no idea how to deal with a client with special needs. Someone she had seen before and knew the situation I might add. She was abrupt, rude, and at the end of the appointment said the next this particular patient came that they should send them with a large man. Very outdated, inappropriate, rude. and I would question how up on things she is. I would not suggest anyone go see her.

VERY rude. Both receptionist and jo johnson very disrespectful. I have waited more than two hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment. I have witnessed jo johnson grab the phone from the receptionist to yell at a patient and hang up the phone on them. She is very unorganized and an overall unpleasant doctor
