The best Dr I have ever been to. Caring, Dedicated, Thorough and Helpful. I fully trust Dr. Gualberti with my medical needs. Her and her staff are very helpful and accommodating whenever I have a concern or question. K O'Malley

I have been with Dr. Jo since the late 90’s. Great doctor. The staff however has caused me to seek a new doctor. Despite having all my insurance info they charged me $20 for a visit that insurance said there was no copay for and $40 for a visit thay insurance said the copay was $20. Two visits and they overcharged $40 so far. When I went to the office’, which is where I was told what to pay each time they told me to take it up with billing I said that billing hadn’t specified the charges but the office had. I’ll admit that response adutated me. The next thing I know is that I am being told to stop yelling. There was definitely hostility coming back to me. The office rep contacted billing and was trying to get it figured out and no one knew why the higher charges were made. Next thing I know the rep is sliding the window closed and telling me to sit and wait. At this point I asked the rep to have billing contact me directly and cancelled at appointments I have. I will be finding another… practice to go to. Success seems to have spoiled the practice.

Our family doctor retired and we were recommended to use Dr Joann Gualberti. She is absolutely wonderful. She is so through and does not miss a thing!! She’s caring and kind. Listens when you speak and we were treated wonderfully. From the moment we entered her office we were treated with such respect and kindness from her office staff. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Wonderful doctor.

Very dedicated and thorough. Have been with her many years and continued after moving 80 miles away. Open to discussion of all subjects and listens to concerns.

Dr.Joanne was teriffic . I felt at ease , and she spent a lot of time with me. It's hard for me to trust doctors but she was great!

The Dr. had tremendous "bedside manner" regarding all aspects of my visit. She was personable and delightfully informative on the needed health explanations. The office staff was professional, courteous, and wonderfully efficient. Visit this office!!

Dr. Joann Gualberti is a very competent, compassionate physician. She is extremely pleasant, takes the time to answer questions, and if necessary, follows up with a phone call to the patient. Additionally, her office staff is very pleasant.

She takes her time and really listens to your questions and concerns. It might be a little hard to get an appointment but definitely worth the wait
