Jocelyn L Pichardo, MD

I had a very bad experience with this doctor she was Rudd, choose not to see because she wanted to go home. She stated that there was not much that she could do and to go to a hospital. All of this for abdominal and Lower back pain. I feel that there are people that should choose a different profession.

Dr Pichardo is a great doctor. The wait at the Health Dept where she practices at is usually long. Dr Ken Byerly is the managing doctor...he's the one to complain to for long wait or any other issues.

I have left several messages and never get a return phone call. I would think just because the health care is basically free that that does not remove the responsibility of honesty and promptness.
