The Doctors, PA's, RN's, Nurse Assistance's, room service, and the cleaning staff have been unbelievable supportive to my recovery. Everyone was an advocated for my health and encouraged me to ask questions. Being treated like I was just as much as part of the process allowed me to really understand and feel that I had control as well. I have been guided step by step how the program worked and what to expect when going home. I know I have a journey ahead of me, but now I have the tools and the support to help me live a more normal life. I am leaving here today knowing much more about my health and feeling like someone understands me. I finally feel heard and taken care of. I will forever be grateful for this wonderful program.

Dr Saper and Dr Austad and the entire staff at MHNI and St Joseph Mercy Hospital have been the best Neurologist and team that I have seen in over 35 years. They are very concerned about getting to the root of the patient' s problem and searching for the best solutions to help alleviate the pain. They ask a detailed history of the patient, along with medications, shots, and other methods that may or may not have worked. They are intent on working with us until I am well enough to be released, and ensure that we have an ongoing plan and resources to continue to help us. In addition, every single person and staff help that we worked with were very sincere, professional, helpful and friendly. They all went above and beyond for any request. We look forward to working with the team as needed. My headaches have gone from daily 3-5 constant pain level to 0-1 for the week I was there. I hope it continues upon my release. We had considered other facilities before coming here, but found that none… of them were as organized, open, or as knowledgeable or as friendly, and it was the best move that we have ever made regarding my migraines/headaches!
