Dr. John Andrew Osborne, MD

An outstanding doctor, every aspect of the visit (and follow up), was beyond expectation. Having the ability to access such enormus expertise and knowledge is a privledge and a blessing. Doctor Osborne is remarkable in every aspect, as well as the entire staff in his office. This IS what state of the art care, and attention to me as a person, not as a patient, is all about. There is none better, or more knowledgeable. The best in the business... period!

This Dr. needs more help, such asanother Dr. Just too busy, to betaking care of his patients. It'sa shame.

I have no insurance and no money and he has taken me as a patient at no charge. I have recieved all medications at no charge and the most up to date tests for no charge. Only a doctor who really cares would do that in todays greedy world. Amazing staff!

i WAITED TWO HOURS AND DID NOT SEE HIM, THIS WAS AFTER THEY CALLED ME TO BE THERE THIRTY MINUTES EARLY.AN OFFICE PERSON ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT NOTHING FROM THE DOCTOR!!

I highly recommend Dr. Osborne! I went to 3 other cardiologists before him and no one could accurately diagnose me. I heard about Dr.Osborne and went to him. His technology is state of the art, his staff was so kind and professional, and he was the kindest man I have ever met. He spent almost an hour with me and diagnosed me right away. My medicine prescribed by him is working perfectly. I am forever grateful to him for saving my life. I am 30 years old and he gave me my life back!

Misdiagnosed, mishandled, and took me in the wrong direction --- always with a smile in a trusting manner.Beware.

Dr. Osborne is a great doctor if you are fortunate to ever have a chance to see him. He is often on mission trips, giving talks, etc. - this is all great but when you are referred to him as a good cardiologist but you can never see him, it becomes a source of disappointment and frustration. His nurse practicioners are burnt out and need more training. His staff, especially his office manager, seem to also be burnt out. Maybe success has not been such a good thing. It seems to have gone to the head of his office manager for sure. I will never take my parents to this place again. They deserve better, especially when we book an appt with the 'actual' doctor only to find out he is not in for another week. We waited 2 months for this appointment. Then the very irritable nurse practicioner took her frustrations out on us all after we waited well over an hour and there is even a sign in his office that says 'if you have waited 30 minutes past your appt time to see a nurse practicioner,… let the office staff know'. Well, it was AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES past our appointment time and when I let the 'office staff' know, I was snapped at that we were the next people to be seen after one other person. Forget it..Dr. Osborne, you may be awesome (although we'll never really know), but I think you are being called a different direction.

First off, made appt almost 8 weeks in advance to see the doctor. Was never told that the odds of EVER seeing him were slim to none. He is following an ever increasing trend in supplementing for his presence with nurse practioners, etc. I have no issue with this, HOWEVER, when the doctor himself is hardly ever there and the NP's don't have answers, are stressed to the max, and you feel as if you have waited for NOTHING, it gets frustrating.I was so looking forward to a nice experience with this doctor's office. On my first visit, not one member of his staff even cracked a smile at me. You could tell they all were ready to leave. I was pleasant and tried to connect with them but failed.On subsequent visits, I FINALLY saw the doctor ONCE when I insisted (as the NP wasn't as fully informed on my condition as the doctor). Dr. Osborne was nice, helpful, educational, took time..all the things I've heard. However, he didn't follow up with getting referrals he promised to give me and… pass them onto NP for what was to be my last visit. From the office manager, to the nurse practioner to many of the office staff, I have NEVER seen such stressed and thoughtless conduct. I had to recheck the Christian symbols Dr. Osborne had in his waiting area to make sure I was at the right place. I realize this doesn't mean they are all 'believers' or that believers don't sin, but I have never been made to feel so bad by a doctor's office anywhere and that is saying a LOT!I think Dr. Osborne, with as busy as he is..will sadly be less and less available. I've left that place in tears too many times and I refuse to do so ever again.

Dr. Osborne is an awesome, compassionate cardiologist.His staff are professional and as dedicated as he is to the prevention and treatment of CAD.Although he was not able to treat my condition without a referral for a CABG, he was very straightforward and honest about his diagnosis and why he felt it was that appropriate treatment plan.If you have a heart problem, go see this guy!

I visited John on thursday and was so surprised! He was a great doctor and has SO much experience. I was amazed at his kindness, and I spent an hour 1-on-1 with him. He was so kind, and explained my entire scan to me! He showed me everything about the insides of my body, and during a routine check up, his scan discovered a small breast cancer very early. I would have gone to kemo therapy without his great patient care. Thank you Doctor Osborne!
