Dr. Bank is very thorough in his examinations, and spends whatever time is necessary talking to me and listening to my concerns. Though I have to wait sometimes, I don't mind since he does spend the necessary time with me. His staff is courteous, and when I need an appointment quickly, I can always get in to see him or one of the other doctors within a day.
