Today, 06-23-2024, is the one year anniversary of my Cardiac Ablation with Dr. John Barbaccia M.D. as my Anesthesiologist. I was extremely apprehensive of the anesthesia I would have to undergo as well as the procedure itself. Dr. Barbaccia read the letter that my Electrophysiologist shared him which included my anesthesia concerns. Dr. Barbaccia was extremely patient, kind, and understanding, and spent much time discussing my past anesthesia history with me and explaining the anesthesia plan he had devised. He wanted me to be totally comfortable and accepting of that anesthesia plan before moving forward. Dr. Barbaccia’s calm, considerate demeanor along with his knowledge and expertise put me at ease. I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Barbaccia as my Anesthesiologist. I will always remember and be deeply grateful to Dr. Barbaccia for his compassionate and excellent care!

Very compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctor who covered all questions and concerns thoroughly. He stayed with me throughout my surgery. I would recommend and ask for him for any surgical procedure once again.

Very very smart and very caring. He took hours (with the surgeon) taking care of a friend of mine in the operating room, and he pulled her through. I would let him put me or my family to sleep.
