Top-notch physician. Precise, analytical, personable, instructive, encouraging. Don't think you could do much better.

Dr. Foss could be good at what he does, but first you'd have to see him. Then he would have to remember who you were. In all the years I went there regularly, I rarely saw him. Usually another doctor, or a nurse practitioner. They never could diagnose a problem, even after years. I would end up in the ER before I got an answer. Some of the other doctors assigned to me were beyond rude and inappropriate. Even to the point of yelling my personal information outside of my room so all could hear. They sent my daughter home once when she was very sick and only hours later she nearly died in the ER. It took a week at Akron Children's to recover. They also lost information on my children if they were healthy and not seen in two years. They would say that they were not patients there at all. So much for trying to get vaccination records! All my kids went there for their entire lives, but as far as they are concerned, they don't exist. I suffered MANY years of pain because of… their inability to diagnose a simple condition. Thank you to Robinson memorial's ER staff for getting things right...I'm now pain free.
