Dr. John T Chacko, MD

This provider is the worst communicator I have ever met. He doesn't answer questions and has no follow-up. He showed up late for the surgical procedure he did on me, and didn't wait until I was out of anesthesia to talk to me afterwards. His clinical notes are brief and did not provide the information I needed from him. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic physician. Well-knowledge, kind, empathetic, patient, and down to earth. I’ve worked with surgeons for years and never have I met one with such zen. He came highly recommended to me (“He is beloved by staff and patient alike”) after having two bad experiences with urologists in the city I live in an hour away. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided. That comes as no small feat, I’m not so easy to please. ??

Very unprofessional there was no urologist in Leesburg ER Thanksgiving so Dr. Chacko was my doctor had to go by ambulance to the Village hospital. He acted like he didn't want to stick around to ask him questions. So I get out if the hospital wouldn't give me pain pills had to take some of my husband's pain pill so I could sleep. I go to follow up appointment very unprofessional office had to ask other patients were to sign in. I could hear other patients in the doctors office doors left open. I was the last in the lobby I heard him saw anyone else out there? Yea me well come on back. I needed my stent taken out I was in so much pain and remember no pain pills. I couldn't put on shoes, or pants and hard to get in our car. The nurse did shut the door to take it out thank God. I still hurt for several months were the stent was. Anyway I get a bill from him I didn't know he wasn't in my network. What was I suppose to do leave the, stent in? The nurse even said after I called… said no other doctor would take it out for me. She also said I could have taken it out and put to sleep didn't know that til just yesterday. It would have at least been paid cause it was in the hospital. The doctor Bill was paid in the hospital. Guess I got SCREWED!! He told me at the apt. that day that I had 2 other stones. I asked how big he wouldn't answer said to come back. I won't be back don't even think it's fair to pay that bill!!

Dr. Chacko is a very caring and compassionate Dr. who takes the time to listen and answer your questions and concerns. I received great medical care as I had kidney stones and laser surgeries. He is very cautious, and does what is best for the patient. I am very grateful.
