Dr. John Ying Chew, MD

This doctor shows a lack of care and support for his patients. I had an MRI done and called the doctor two days later regarding the report. I was told that the doctor would call back after taking a look at the report. I waited a week and got no response, so I called them thinking they must be busy. When I called I was told that the practice was moving and I would have to wait because doctor would not take calls or take a look at the report until after the move. I waited until the day they 'reopened' and was told the doctor had gone on vacation for two weeks. If you're looking for a doctor that cares for your well being and genuinely wants to see you get well I advise you look elsewhere. This is not a doctor you can call in case you have concerns, or at least that is the impression I got from it. I hope that I was the outlier, but looking back at my visit to the doctor and the subsequent interactions with him and his staff (most of the nurses were helpful, but they changed every time I… gave them a call) I would guess otherwise.

I really like Dr. Chew. He is an intelligent doctor and his staff is very caring and good at their jobs.

My husband and I have a lot of respect for Dr. Chew's experience and knowledge of his field and for the way he treats us as patients. Dr. Chew has a very professional office and equipment. His audiologist is very capabable. We would highly recommend Dr. Chew to others.
